Abstract

The qualification work analyzed the fine art of the 1960s-1980s from the point of view of its opposition to the Soviet system and the officially recognized artistic style of socialist realism. The work highlights how nonconformism was born and developed in Ukraine. The appeal of artists to traditional Ukrainian art is traced. The life and creative path of artists from the 1960s – 1980s is characterized: Alla Gorska, Opanas Zalivakha, Halyna Zubchenko, Stefania Shabura, Halyna Sevruk, Ivan Marchuk.
