Legislative sources from the history of the Ukrainian National Revolution of 1917–1921

Abstract

The work analyzes the legislative acts of the period of the Ukrainian National Revolution of 1917–1921: the era of the Ukrainian Central Council, the state of P. Skoropadskyi, and the Directorate of the Ukrainian People's Republic. It was determined that the legislative sources of the specified period reflect the content and nature of the activity of Ukrainian governments in various spheres, the peculiarities of law-making activity in the conditions of the revolutionary transitional period. The research is based on the principles of historicism, comprehensiveness, and complexity, the methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, comparativehistorical, biographical, and chronological are applied.
