Information and reference work at the enterprise: content and adjustment procedure

Abstract

In the master's thesis, the information and reference work at the enterprise was investigated: the content and adjustment procedure, the concept and classification of information and reference work. We analyzed the needs of stakeholders in the "FOP AUDITORIUM 90" institution, which are important for the development and improvement of information and reference work. Special attention is paid to proposals for improving information and reference work in the institution.
